Commercial Property Lease
We contracted Thornton Jones to help us negotiate a new commercial property lease for an expansion of our premises. The whole process was transparent and the Mr Knox and Ms Micallef's assistance was always supportive and on point, guiding us trough the process and highlighting the points of concern with all documentation.

The best property conveyance I've come across.
The best property conveyance I've come across. I didn't have to follow up on anything because the service was fast and they provided weekly updates on the status of the project. Stuart and Geraldine provided a prompt and efficient service and being able to track the case through the Thornton Jones app which showed a step by step progression of the case allowing the customer to see exactly where they were and what was happening next.
I'll undoubtedly recommend Stuart and Geraldine from Thornton Jones to my family and friends.

Conveyancing - house sale
Handled the sale of our late parents' house on behalf of my sister and me. Made it easy for us to review and sign documents to suit our circumstance (my sister lives down south), persistent in addressing questions from the buyer's legal team that seemed to arrive piecemeal, and proactive in finding a solution to a freehold/leasehold issue. We were kept informed and able to speak to Geraldine or Stuart when we had questions.
