I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil.
To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor.
He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor.
It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease.
All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.
