Karen Gray is a really excellent Solicitor to deal with for conveyancing. Although based in Margate everything can be dealt with on line and/or by telephone in a most effective and responsive way.

Outstanding Service
I have used Boys & Maughan services twice to buy and sell property and they have been the most efficient and helpful Solicitors I have ever dealt with. Karen and Lyndsey look after their clients' needs throughout the process, they actively chase matters up and keep me informed at all times. It makes it reassuring to know they are on the case and pushing things through in a timely fashion.

Sale of my mothers retirement apartment
Boys & Maughan had been recommended to me for the purchase of my mothers apartment several years ago. They were excellent so I immediately contacted the same solicitor from the sale, of which I was now acting as executer. Karen and her paralegal Lyndsey were so helpful and approachable. I found it was more like talking to a trusted friend when I needed advice or assistance with forms on queries. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. I also found the fees very reasonable and they did not increase although from initial quote to completion was nine months. I would highly recommend.

Extremely happy
My husband and I approached Karen Gray as she was highly recommended by workmates that used her services. We are very happy with Karen and Lyndsey's work. They made the conveyance of our property so easy for us. They kept us informed at all times and gave us really good advice. All that for a very reasonable fee. We would recommend!
