Exceptional Insight and professionalism

Gemma Kelsey of MSB Solicitors was outstanding in handling my case. She managed the entire process exceptionally well and advised me with absolute professionalism and what felt like an extra level of advice and care, as well as handling my constant needs with such patience that was over and above what was required. Her attention to detail and added insight from previous experience relating to SEN and sensitive family matters were phenomenal. Thank you, Gemma, for helping us through an incredibly tricky and difficult situation, which, thanks to you, resulted in a successful outcome.

When SEND meets family court, you need Gemma

I can honestly say without a doubt I would have crumbled under the pressure without Gemma. I first contacted MSB after an awful experience with another firm who failed to advocate on my behalf. I had lost all hope in finding legal advice and support that understood my position and was willing to advocate fiercely on behalf of my daughter and her needs. Gemma has not only restored my faith in solicitors but has repeatedly put the delicate needs of my daughter at the forefront. Gemma is highly knowledgeable, proactive, reactive and above all else her care and support in the darkest days has been unwavering. Thank you Gemma and MSB
