I am an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team, specialising in work for developers, such as site acquisitions and set-up. I have also acted for a local authority in relation to commercial real estate work. I am based in our Chelmsford office and am available for a free 15-minute chat over the phone. I consider my style to be friendly and approachable but my solutions and advice are robustly commercial. I am passionate about pursuing the client's desired outcomes wherever possible. Where there are potential obstacles I always try to spot them in advance and create a workaround before a problem arises. Transactional work allows me to expand my skills and grow with the momentum of the transaction. I love the sense of satisfaction that comes with exceeding my client's expectations. I qualified as a solicitor 16 years ago, having taken the traditional route of completing a law degree at the University of East Anglia, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford where I gained a Distinction. My training contract was with a local law firm where I qualified for the Commercial Real Estate team. In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and two children, as well as run, walk the family dog, and attend bounce fit classes. I help with administration for my son’s under-11 football team at Maldon and Tiptree Football Club, where my husband is a coach, and I’m a regular helper on the school PTA, which organises fundraising events for our children's school.

New Lease
Hayley was friendly, approachable, helpful, efficient and very professional. She was proactive, answered email's quickly and gave full, clear answers to queries. I was never kept wondering what was happening and was confident that if there was information I should know she would advise me without delay. A further important point she let me know the days she was in the office and when not. I was very happy with Hayley and the work she did for me and would be pleased to recommend her.

Transfer of Equity
