Jayne is Head of Litigation and head of the Child Care Department. Jayne grew up in the Mansfield area, she attended school locally and then moved on to take her degree and diploma at Nottingham Trent University. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999. Jayne specialises in Public Law Care proceedings and complicated Children Act proceedings, and is also on the Children Panel. Jayne conducts the majority of her own advocacy arising from her case, which provides continuity and an all-round service. Jayne is a member of Resolution and has additional specialist accreditation in the area of Complex Financial matters arising from divorce and the breakdown of relationships and also Domestic Abuse. Jayne also oversees our Civil Litigation department. Jayne became a Partner in 2018.
