We had a relatively short time to prepare and execute new Wills which Grainne embraced and together we managed to complete the process smoothly and efficiently before travelling. She also pointed out one or two flaws in our existing Wills structure and intent completed over 5 years ago which we were pleased to be made aware of and corrected.

Wills, Trusts and Probate
This is a very professional firm to deal with, and I am completely happy with the work they did for me. The advice and care they took to make sure that my interests were protected was very impressive. Grainne Staunton could not have been more helpful and professional and really made me think about what I wanted to do with regards to my will. She went above and beyond to cover all outcomes, and challenged me (nicely) over my starting intentions and preferences. I would recommend her unreservedly. Also Sophie Palk was an excellent colleague to work with, with nothing being too much trouble. Her professional, efficient and friendly way of communicating with me was refreshing. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I am 100% confident that I have had the advice I needed.

Thank you for the patience
When my will has been updated recently, it was actually remaking it. I needed quite long & wide range of preparations while Covid restriction and my medical treatment were happening. it took nearly 10 months to complete. I wish to thank Grainne and her team very much for their kind help and patience despite of the fixed fee. Thank you.

On the death of my husband, Grianne Staunton compassionately, efficiently and patiently led me and my family through everything we needed to do with regard to Probate etc. and has since guided me in the updating my Will.
In addition, the fees charged were reasonable.

Excellent professional service; impartial and knowledgeable but personal
Our family have used Tozers now for several years on recommendation from another professional firm in Exeter. The service we have received has been of the highest quality throughout from across the firm but from Grainne Staunton in particular. One case of probate was a lengthy and complicated matter, but Grainne handled it with considerable skill, knowledge and determination to the benefit of all concerned. Her ability to clearly convey difficult legal details and deal with our layman understanding proved invaluable and very reassuring. Would thoroughly recommend.
