I recently completed the part exchange of my previous home for a new-build property. Due to the tight timescales, I was advised to use one of the panel solicitors recommended by the developer. After speaking with them, I wasn't completely confident with the service, so I contacted Natalie at CWC to see if she could help. From the outset, the whole process was straightforward.
