My solicitor, Francesca Graham, was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be quite stressful at times, but Francesca made everything feel much easier.     Francesca Graham gave us fantastic service throughout the sale and purchase of our houses. It seems that we were free from nearly all the conveyancing frustrations that some many people seem to suffer. The only reason for me not to give 5 stars was a few inaccuracies in first versions of documents but these were all sorted quickly. I’d definitely recommend Holden Smith for conveyancing.
