We've just use Holden Smith Law for both the sale and purchase of properties and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! Nicola was so honest, helpful and always available. She was so approachable and we never doubted if we were in safe hands! Callum, Kirsty & Eleanor were all so brilliant too. We had a very complicated case and were told to go with a firm local to us but we stuck with Holden Smith and they were the only ones through the entire process who were amazing! Thanks so much guys. If you're on the fence about using them, go for it. I would highly recommend!

From the very beginning, they kept me updated throughout the entire process and always made sure I understood each step. Their knowledge of the legal process made me feel confident as a first time buyer, and they handled everything in a timely manner, ensuring there were no delays for us to have our completion before 1st of April.
