Ellisons helped me sell my dad's bungalow. It fell through once and then went through the second time. I used Ellisons because they were my parents' solicitors of choice. It wasn't cheap compared to quotes I saw online and what I know other people have paid but I think it represented value for money because it was a professional, attentive and stress free process all the way through (or as stress free as it can be when a chain collapses) and worth what I paid.

This was a transfer of property between siblings - not a complex transaction but it was very important to get it right first time. Abbie Mackay handled the matter very well and efficiently.
