Speedy & Professional Service
Farrah assisted and guided me with a very swift and thorough pre-nuptial agreement. She identified every angle and ticked every box that I could think of plus a load that I couldn’t. If I hadn’t approached her via Birkett Long, then I wouldn’t be sleeping as soundly. Ten out of ten! Thanks so much Farrah.

Amazing solicitor
Farrah went above and beyond for me and my family. Doing what was in our best intrests and the things i wanted. But also at the same time saving me money bit advising me on the things i could be doing myself. Sadly we had to end our time together as i was granted legal aid. But farrah transfered my case so well and even checked in ti make sure i had everything. This women is amazing.

Children's Matters with Farrah Harvey-Nawaz
Farrah was an absolute breath of fresh air. I had had a very bad experience with my previous solicitors, who left me in an exceptionally bad situation and without representation. I was in out of my depth. Farrah's calm demeanour, positive attitude, immense capability and extensive knowledge guided me through the remainder of my divorce with a very positive outcome, and I will be eternally grateful for that. Couldn't ask for more.
Honest, kept me informed at all times through email, phone call and text, professional, efficient (only responds to items that actually need responding to, and delegates where applicable to keep costs down), friendly, approachable and easy to understand. Thank you.

Farrah Harvey-Nawaz
Having to go to court regarding your children is a really tough process which I could no longer deal with on my own and felt my only option was to take legal action.
From the first time I spoke with Farrah she gave me confidence and the reassurance that I needed for dealing with this matter .
Farrah’s work is of a very high standard, things were always dealt with in such a professional way, but also caring .
Having dealt with other legal professionals, their work and ethics didn’t come close to Farrah’s , which in these situations you need .
I always felt and knew that whatever we had to deal with Farrah always had mine and the children’s best interest at heart .
I’m truly grateful to Farrah and the work she did for me, she’s a wonderful person and brilliant at what she does.

Farrah was fantastic in handling my separation issue!

Excellent, practical and helpful, highly recommend and have done so.
Farrah supported me through the divorce process, she provided me with information in a timely manner, regular updates and always clear on next steps.
Her advice, pragmatic approach was reassuring and helped me have confidence throughout the process.
Farrah was approachable and accessible from the beginning to end. I am not sure I would have got through it without her support, pragmatism and understanding.

Tenacious, professional and a pleasure to deal with
Without Farrah, I can honesty say that I wouldn’t have achieved the positive outcome we did get in the end after 2-years of family court proceedings. It was a very complex case that had more unpredictable twists and turns than a Hollywood movie.
Throughout proceedings, Farrah was down to earth, realistic and very easy to communicate with, always keeping a calm head and having a pro-active and tenacious focus. She has exceptional attention for details and the ability to see the complete picture, which when you are deep in proceedings, you need someone to see the way ahead and to brainstorm the way out.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Farrah to anyone in need of a professional and honest advocate full of wisdom and knowledge during family law proceedings, and one that brings stability, support and steadiness during one of the most turbulent life experiences. Farrah also has that unique gift of being able to understand what it's like to be in your shoes, which really helped in being able to navigate the twists and turns of proceedings, and the emotions running high. She also has a fabulous sense of humour, which lifted even the darkest moments of proceedings (there were many, so we did lots of laughing together! 😄).
