Ebony is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team. She is based out of our Norwich and Ipswich offices but works with clients across the UK. Ebony works on a range of corporate and commercial matters – from assisting with corporate sales and acquisitions, to drafting and reviewing various commercial documents (including T&Cs, privacy policies and bespoke commercial agreements). Before beginning her Training Contract in 2023, Ebony spent two years working as a Paralegal in our Corporate & Commercial team. She obtained a 2:1 in her LLB Law degree at the University of Lincoln before going on to complete her LPC and Masters in Law, Business, and Management with the University of Law. Outside of work, Ebony enjoys crocheting, making her own jewellery, and travelling.
