Lease assignment
Daniel acted most efficiently and expeditiously when the other side were pressing for a rapid conclusion of a commercial property transaction. All objectives were achieved.

Excellent service throughout the whole process
Daniel dealt with our land sale over many years. His attention to detail was superb - picking up on so many points on so many documents etc.
he acted promptly, kept things going, and kept us informed every step of the way .
I’ve learned how to use Docusign , and other internet skills on the way!
Not only is he efficient, he is also a charming young man, and dealing with him has been a pleasure.
