I am an experienced solicitor within the Commercial Real Estate team. I am proactive and keep matters moving forward so they are progressed and completed quickly. I am friendly, personable and professional. I strive to keep my clients updated regularly throughout their transaction so they are fully aware of the current status of their file. I specialise in commercial real estate with particular expertise in sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and bank security work. I represent small to medium sized companies and businesses within the industrial and retail sectors, advise banks in respect of secured lending transactions and perfecting legal charges, and undertake landlord and tenant work, advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases. I act for land owners and developers in acquiring and disposing of development land including option agreements, conditional contracts, promotion agreements and collaboration agreements. I deal with a broad range of different commercial property matters for different clients, so no matter is the same. I like the people I work with and I enjoy meeting clients and building relationships with other local professionals. I enjoy researching the law and applying it to clients’ needs. Development - I am also a part of the development team and I advise developers on site acquisitions, security work as well as Promotion Agreements, Option Agreements and Conditional Contracts.
