Jackie looked after a recent conveyance for us and we’ve never had such excellent and attentive service before from a Conveyancer. Her assistant Marilyn was more than helpful, knowledgeable and stepped in to assist us if Jackie was out of the office. Both ladies were truly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Jackie and her assistant Marilyn have been off the scale BRILLIANT. I’ve never known or heard from friends of a conveyancing solicitor like Jackie! She and Marilyn make a very slick team, so that regardless of holidays my queries were answered the same day; when we hit hitches with buyers or vendors, they were calming, sympathetic, kind, but above all they found solutions. Also, regardless of pressure from other solicitors or estate agents, they held firm and fought to protect me and my interests. Equally, they were always prompt to respond to the other solicitors, ensuring my sale and purchase continued without delays from our side. I feel like Jackie (and Marilyn) has reinvented the solicitor role from dry, antisocial, self-important - to something dynamic, uplifting, caring and totally can-do … a truly ‘safe pair of hands’ - just WONDERFUL! Thank you soo much Jackie and Marilyn, I’m soo grateful!!

Jackie and Marilyn did the conveyancing of three properties for us in Yorkshire. Each transaction carried its own challenges, but these were handled professionally. We were given sound personal advice, for example when an estate agent was pushing us against our interests.
