Jackie and Marilyn did the conveyancing of three properties for us in Yorkshire. Each transaction carried its own challenges, but these were handled professionally. We were given sound personal advice, for example when an estate agent was pushing us against our interests. We worked with Jackie on the purchase of our house and could not be more satisfied with her service. She was highly professional, extremely thorough, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. In particular, she identified that the property should have two titles and successfully ensured that both were properly included in the transaction. She also negotiated additional indemnity insurance with the sellers, which gave us extra peace of mind. Jackie was always approachable, friendly, and available to answer our questions promptly. We were under significant time pressure to complete the transaction, but she demonstrated full commitment and engagement, with no delays on her side at any stage. When choosing a solicitor, our main priorities were professionalism and involvement, as we had often heard complaints about solicitors delaying the process or failing to communicate effectively. Jackie proved to be the complete opposite of that experience. Communication was excellent, and the process was handled efficiently from start to finish.
