Andy Roscoe has been beyond brilliant as my solicitor in completion of selling my house!! Although we had to work with nightmare solicitors on the buyers' side, Andy was extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond putting in extra time and work into chasing the solicitors, and making sure completion got done in a timely way. I never once needed to check in on Andy because he was always 5 steps ahead, and I felt completely supported the whole way through. I honestly cannot recommend Andy enough!!

FTB completed quickly, with no issues, and with everything explained
Andy and Meaby were brilliant for us. As FTBs with no real understanding of the process, Andy was very approachable and answered all our questions clearly and very quickly. We wanted to complete on a short time frame and Andy drove us forward at pace. We never had an issues, never felt like we weren’t updated or that we didn’t understand anything. Great service, we would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful service
We recently dealt with Andy for our house sale and purchase, he is absolutely the best solicitor I have used. He is responsive, friendly, professional and overall just fantastic to work with. I couldn’t recommend him enough especially as it was not the easiest of transactions. A huge thank you not only for your tenacity but helping to keep us calm too!

Great service from Andy
Andy acted for us after our previous solicitor retired mid-way through our sale and purchase process. Andy was great to deal with and quickly gave us clear advice and resolved all of the outstanding issues that seemed to be stuck at a stalemate with our previous solicitor.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy as he was a very reassuring throughout the whole process.

Fantastic and personalised support
Excellent and efficient service when I bought a flat four years ago. Since then, Andy has been incredibly helpful and prompt with any further support required including regarding the 2022 Building Safety Act. I highly recommend Andy and the firm and will continue to go to them for any legal help.

Andy is outcomes focused and a pleasure to work on with
We have worked with Andy on several occasions and every time he has been extremely responsive and proactive in ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible. He goes above and beyond, even doing the work of the other parties, to remove potential blockers.
Our seller's estate agent even described him as her 'new favourite person' because of the speed of his turnaround times! We can't thank Andy enough for making what is typically a stressful process (particularly when you're in a chain) as straightforward as possible.

Excellent service, would highly recommend
Andy provided a high level of professional service when supporting me in selling my property. He explained the process and answered my questions in plain language, rather than technical legal terminology which I wouldn’t have understood. Andy Roscoe
Andy supported us with the purchase of our new home and re-mortgaging of our flat. Overall the experience was outstanding. He was polite, responsive, always a few steps ahead, resolved issues quickly, provided good cover while he was off work and gave us good advice. Really great experience.

A Fantastic Service When It Mattered Most
Buying a house can often be a confusing an stressful experience, particularly when you require a sale to be carried out before a certain date. Luckily I had Andy Roscoe on my side and I was extremely grateful for his calm, professional approach to his work and particularly in his communications with me, something that became vitally important when some unusual and unexpected factors occurred during my purchase.
