I am an Associate Solicitor within the Wills, Trust and Probate team in Colchester. I can assist clients with drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I can also assist with the administration of Estates. I am always available for a free, no obligation 15 minute chat, on 01245 453870. I pride myself on providing my clients with great service. Any advice is given in a timely and accurate fashion in order to help my clients achieve a desired outcome. In my spare time, I enjoy watching sports and, for my sins, I have a season ticket at Southend United. I try to be as active as possible within the community. Previously, I have been a Local Academy Committee member for a local school in Colchester, which I thoroughly enjoyed. All members of the team are happy to discuss a client’s needs over the telephone for an initial 15 minutes at no cost.     David Feakins kept me updated throughout a very long process of registering my mother's house on the land register. Although it was frustrating that Tendering District Council had a back log of 18 months, David did inform me at the start it could be 12-18 months to get this completed.
