Magdalena holds a BA in Linguistics and an MA in Transnationalism from the University of Southampton. After a successful 15-year career in higher education across both university and private sector environments, Magdalena decided to transition into Law. Currently, Magdalena is a member of the Law Society and previously a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having passed CILEX Level 3 legal exams in 2020/21. She is now completing her legal qualifications via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route and achieved a top quintile result in the country in the SQE1 exam in July 2023. Her previous experience includes handling Intestacy and Bona Vacantia matters at a London-based probate research firm. More recently, Magdalena joined Parfitt Cresswell in early 2022, initially as a Paralegal and now a Trainee Solicitor within the Private Client Team where she deals with matters relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
