I can not recommend Robert enough from day one he has kept me updated with every step of the process and explaining every bit to me in a way I could understand. I could contact Robert for any question or query I had and he would reply so quickly putting my mind at ease.
We had a few bumps in the road and the process took a little longer than we wanted but Robert kept me calm and up to date and today everything was completed. Thank you so much Robert

I needed to replace my previous will with a new one to remove some beneficiaries and replace with some new ones. with the help of Jemma I was able to make some other changes to help make it more "future proof". She was very helpful in answering my questions clearly and thoroughly checking out my circumstances to make sure that anything that I might wanted to add in the future (such as lists of valuables to go to particular legatees). My whole experience was very good and I found it very reassuring as it is important to get a will right. I also got good advice about Inheritance tax, should it be relevant in the future althought it is not now. I would recommend Jemma to anyone.

A colleague recommended Jo Martin to me and what a great recommendation it was! I have bought and sold quite a few properties and have never had such an efficient, seamless and stress-free experience as with Jo, Mandy and the rest of the team.
Communication is excellent and timely, and Jo takes time to explain and discuss things ensuring you are fully in the picture. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble despite how busy they are.
People used to talk about 'service with a smile' and this perfectly describes what you get with Jo and all who support her. Top marks!
