Collaborative and Sensitive
As the Executor of my later father's estate I had to balance dealing with family members and the legal elements of achieving probate and then distribution. I was so glad I had Zoe to help me through this process, to take on all the heavy lifting when required, and to listen to what my needs were, respond appropriately as well as providing clear and balanced legal advice. The process was not only effective, and supportive of a complex case, but completely collaborative. My experience was one of teamwork, working together for the best outcome, which was how I had hoped we would be able to make this work out. The firm is professional and friendly, from receptionists through to all the legal professionals I had the pleasure of working with. With Zoe having an open mind, with a clear eye on keeping on track and being robust and rigorous legally, we were able to achieve a result for the beneficiaries which exceeded our expectations. I was also delighted at how the firm was so honest and clear about costs - and how they were diligent and respectful of keeping the costs proportionate. I don't think we could have hoped for a better outcome, and the result is that we have been able to pass on a substantial legacy to the children and grandchildren, which would have been exactly what my late father would have wished for, and would probably have been more than he could have hoped.
