House Sale
The process throuh the sale period was clear and I was happy with the service.
The only thing I would have liked to have seen was more periodic updates on progress in the early stages when things were moving slowly.

Trusted and Professional Support
Having decided to sell my property in order to buy a new Barrattds home and chose Boys & Maughan to act on my behalf for both the sale and purchase. I met Emma initially for a short discussion on my requirements and was given a qoutation almost immediately. Throughout the process Emma gave excellent support and advice and managed to keep the process moving forward despite some isues eminating from the chain below. I was impressed just how quickly Emma was able to provide solutions and keep my partner and i well informed on resolutions. I would highly recommend both Emma and her colleague for delivering a completion in what was a very tight timescale.

Margate Move
Selling my flat in Margate I was particularly that the conveyancer went above and beyond to help me out. I am 83 and with limited mobility and they helped me wonderfully.

Property Conveyance
We did not know the Solicitors, and there was a suggestion by the family to use previous practices. However, I made the decision to ask the selling agent to recommend a local practice, particularly as the seller was pressing for a snappy completion..It seemed to me that the selling agent would not risk recommending someone who had not performed well in their experience and who they knew would know the area. This was a good decision, as Boys and Maughan in the form of Emma J Harris, were attentive, responsive and active. The work was quickly and well completed.

Purchase of a property
I recently used the legal services of Boys And Maughan, Margate Office. My property purchase was dealt with by Ms. Emma Harris and her asstant Ms. Stokes. I found both ladies extremely professional and courteous at all times. Ms. Harris was expeditious and extremely good at her job.
