Based at our office in St George’s Place, Canterbury, Tyler Greenland is a commercial property trainee solicitor who helps businesses buy, sell, lease and develop all types of land and buildings including offices, development sites, industrial and retail. Tyler works collaboratively to achieve deadlines and will seek to become your trusted advisor. Tyler can assist with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and assignments, acting for landlords and tenants, licence agreements for alterations to occupy a premises etc, business purchase and sales as a going concern, secured lending, title alterations or rectifications, and buying or selling property at auction.
