I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this firm, and I can confidently say that their level of service was beyond disappointing. It became clear almost immediately that their primary goal was not to help or advise me properly, but simply to extract as much money as possible with as little effort as necessary. The counsel provided was not only unprofessional but also shockingly careless. They seemed more concerned with billing hours than offering competent, meaningful advice. There was a complete lack of attention to detail, and when questions were asked, the responses were vague, disorganized, and at times, completely irrelevant. It felt as if they were going through the motions just to get paid, without any real investment in the outcome or in providing any kind of proper legal support. What’s even more frustrating is that I was left feeling more confused and unsure after every interaction, rather than reassured or confident in the legal process. If you’re looking for a solicitor who will take your case seriously, listen to your concerns, and actually provide competent advice, look elsewhere. This firm’s only interest seemed to be lining their pockets, and they are absolutely not worth the fees they charge. Avoid at all costs if you value competent legal representation.
