Power of Attorney
It was all made very clear and the whole procedure was handled efficiently and at a reasonable cost. My solicitor was very helpful. I would recommend Boys & Maughan.

Recommend for Probate
My experience with Boys & Maughan whilst they dealt with my mothers probate has been quite positive.
My Solicitor has been very helpful when I had questions. Her secretary was absolutely a 'Brick' and always quick to reply to me which helps a great deal. Communication is everything.
Definitely recommend this service.

Will advice plus Power of Attorney and documentation
I found Kat a very good communicator. She listened attentively and answered all my questions in language I could understand. The whole procedure was much simpler and less stressful than I had anticipated.
The accurate, completed documentation arrived promptly on the time predicted.
I would recommend this firm to friends and family.

Knowledgeable & really helpful
I found your solicitor extremely kind and helpful. At my age this is not always the case. Many young people think we elderly have lost our marbles it's lovely to be treated as we used to be when we were young.
