My mother's flat sale
Blanchard's carried out the sale of my deceased mother's flat. They were sensitive, efficient and timely. I was very pleased with everything about the process.
Previously they had extended the lease on this flat, and also dealt with assigning Power of attorney, which all went very well.

Excellent service from Caroline Walton and her team
I bought a property during the midst of the stamp duty holiday which, whilst clearly a very busy time for lawyers, didn’t show in my dealings with Caroline! She was always cool calm and collected, detailed and informative and kept the matter moving forward… even with a difficult seller on the other side! Sophie was amazing also and was just as key as Caroline!
