Gwenllian joined Gamlins Law at the end of March 2021 from another Law Firm based in North East Wales. She is now based in the Private Client department. She was born and raised in Mold, attended both Welsh Primary and Secondary Schools Ysgol Glanrafon and ysgol Maes Garmon. In 2014, she graduated from Aberystwyth university with a degree in Law and Criminology and completed her LPC at the University of Law, Chester back in 2015. Gwenllian deals with a wide range of matters such as advising and preparing Wills, dealing with the administration of Estates, preparing lasting Powers of Attorney and applying for Order from the Court of Protection. In the last year, Gwenllian became a mother and enjoys spending her free time with her family having adventures. She is also a keen netball player and plays for Mold Netball Club, something she has done since the age of 9. Gwenllian is a fluent welsh speaker and is happy to discuss matters and prepare documents through the medium of Welsh.

New Will and Lasting Power of Attorney

I met with Gwenllian Gwynedd at Gamlins Law in Ruthin on two occasions to update my Will and arrange Lasting Power of Attorney (Health and Finance). I had been putting this off for some time but Gwenllian was very helpful and made it a good experience. Having the documents drawn up under the Cancer Research Scheme means it has not become a financial burden to me and the fact they were drawn up by a qualified solicitor has put my mind at ease.

New Will

There were many difficulties in the production of my new will and some problems that needed sorting out. Gwenllian was always helpful and sympathetic to the decisions I needed to make and gave me the legal advice to complete my will to my satisfaction.
