Temidayo Banwo is a dispute resolution solicitor based at our office in Castle Street, Canterbury. He deals with a broad range of litigation issues, in particular landlord and tenant law matters. Rental income and being a landlord can sound great in theory but the reality can be very different and it’s all too easy to end up in a situation that feels beyond your control. It’s a similar story if you’re a tenant, and when things go wrong you can quickly discover how complex and overwhelming property law can be. Temidayo’s areas of expertise include: possession proceedings, property disputes, and contract disputes. Temidayo will explain your options for how to move forward and take steps to build a supportive relationship with you. Temidayo studied law at the University of Leicester and completed his LPC at Nottingham Law School in February 2022. Post-qualification, Temidayo joined our litigation team in November 2022 after gaining initial experience with a law firm based in Ashford.
