Barr Ellison was chosen by social services to deal with my Mother's and Aunts estate due to not having power of attorney. From the initial dealings and now around a year later. I have to say that I've had very good treatment from various members of their staff. From Social and welfare, probate issues and finally sales of properties. Barr Ellison solicitors have been professional in Dealing with complicated issues within the estate. I've learnt how complicated dealing with estates and probate can be. I've now made the choice of setting up our own trust and power of attorney for my children. The solicitors I dealt with were, Christine Dyson, Chris Jones, Shazad Butt. All gave a professional first class service.
