Sophie helped us navigate all of those with incredible patient over the course of a year. Our Subsequent purchase was also a complicated one, being a new build property involving questions on the adoption of roads and sewers. Again, Sophie helped us manage the complexities of that with her advice being invaluable. Sophie works incredibly hard, is easier to get hold of than many solicitors and her advice is clear. We highly recommend her as a conveyancing solicitor.

Our experience of property purchasing was very complicated as we originally instructed Sophie Jones to undertake work for us regarding a leasehold property which needed a lot of work on Sophie’s part regarding the lease to reach the point where we would have been happy to purchase. It took over a year due to delays on the part of the vendor. We then had a completely unexpected change of circumstances when our landlord offered us the right to buy our rented home. Sophie advised us and was able to change to that property purchase instead and guided us through the whole experience with lots of patience and a very thorough professional approach. We have just completed on our purchase and now own a beautiful forever home. Sophie was recommended to us by friends who have used Coodes several times for property purchases and I have not hesitated to pass on my recommendation too. The service that we have received from Coodes has been excellent with Sophie and also Debbie Mills working together with us to guide us through a very stressful time for our family.
