Very professional and helpful firm

Super Efficient & First Class Advice
I have recently used MTG in two property/ legal transactions. They have been referred to me by my dad who had used them last year on few matters. Not for first time buyers
I contacted MGT solicitors as they appeared to have good reviews online. When I had my initial discussion they appeared great and reassured me about the process. They then sent a trainee who had no clue about anything and had to keep leaving the room to ask one of the actual solicitors what to do. I was berated by one of the solicitors for questioning their methods due to the them telling me it was ready to be signed off and then days later requesting further information from the sellers solicitor obviously they were not ready when they said which raises concerns about whether they were actually going through and reading paper work that they had requested. Lastly they assured me that I could use my first time buyer bonus and that they would apply for it and months later I have been ignored and I have still not received my bonus... They may offer a better service for those who already have one or 2 properties.
