My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the support we received from the duty solicitor at Willesden County Court today. From the moment we met him, he showed genuine kindness, empathy and understanding towards our situation. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, made us feel heard and reassured us during what was an extremely stressful and emotional experience. What particularly impressed us was his dedication to finding the best possible outcome for our family. Before the hearing, he worked hard to negotiate with the claimant’s solicitor, seeking the maximum 42-day period due to exceptional hardship, while also trying to negotiate the legal costs being claimed against us. He genuinely seemed to care about protecting our family’s interests and exploring every possible option available to us. Although the judge ultimately adjourned the hearing because the claimant had not provided all the required documentation, meaning he did not need to formally defend our case, his support was invaluable. Even after the hearing, he continued to take the time to explain what could happen next, helping us understand the process and putting our minds at ease. He also kindly reassured us that we could seek his assistance with our homelessness application if needed. What a night mare. Upcoming on this review recorded calls of how you will be delt with sorry I mean ignored This place has a lady called Jessica..... RUN she is useless an very new to her job an not overlooked by anyone so ruins everything refuses calls does not do her job with anything but will take public money all day long Wont allow me to make a official complaint As you see they are not very high on the ranking Its going to get worse for them as they hired Jessica smyth altho this woman had a few names so no idea who she really is Complaints department has no phone line....... Made a complaint via email 4 weeks ago not entertained by them today ask to be put threw to the depot but they have no phone line in that part of building or company pmsl Reception bar fatima have been very unprofessional an un helpful spoken to this lady before too so I dont hold my breath on her becoming more helpful or profesional Jessica Smyth is a new solicitor an its clear now without anyone looking over her she is the worst type of solicitor possible A judge ruled my previous solicitor incapable an I ened up with her ive no idea what the judge will say to the mess this solicitor has taken the case But they she whoever still taking public money for the case but fir many many weeks have done jack s... But ive to stay calm an ive to stay professional!!!! I would like to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to Kaz Bosali for all the support she gave me throughout my housing case. At a very difficult and stressful time in my life, I was homeless while pregnant, and the council initially refused to house me. Kaz did not give up on my case. She fought for me, supported me, and made sure my situation was taken seriously. Thanks to her hard work and determination, I was eventually able to get accommodation. Honestly, I do not believe I would have this place without her support and the way she fought for my case. I am extremely grateful for everything Kaz did for me.
