Very professional, patient and understanding, very clever and found ways how to help instantly. I’d 1000% recommend as I had anxiety before I spoke to him and was worried to be homeless by next week and left feel so much more calmer and relaxed knowing I have him helping me.

Aroosa was very helpful. We were removed by our Landlord and we were given a temporary accommodation but with Arush as help we got our accommodation back in our borough. We got the house we deserve she is just amazing.

Bahiyyah is the kindest , professional and experienced person I have ever dealt with. She helped me so much that words cant explain during my homelessness and my darkest times she had it all and walked me through it all whilst being patient and really kind understanding my anxiety. I am extremely happy and grateful to be dealing with Bahiyyah. I would highly recommend and will always remember her. Thank you once again.

I would like to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to Kaz Bosali for all the support she gave me throughout my housing case. At a very difficult and stressful time in my life, I was homeless while pregnant, and the council initially refused to house me. Kaz did not give up on my case. She fought for me, supported me, and made sure my situation was taken seriously. Thanks to her hard work and determination, I was eventually able to get accommodation. Honestly, I do not believe I would have this place without her support and the way she fought for my case. I am extremely grateful for everything Kaz did for me. She was there when I really needed someone to advocate for me, and her help made such a huge difference to me and my family. I will always appreciate the support she gave me during such an important and difficult time in my life. People like Kaz make such a difference. If there were more people like her who genuinely cared, listened and fought for those who need support, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, Kaz, for everything you have done for me. Parminder and Haya explained I only had a certain amount of time to proceed with my claim and I entrusted this solicitor firm. They wasted a lot of time doing nothing, responses and follow ups were minimal. Over a year later, of them doing nothing, they then told me I had ran out of time and provided no further explanation. Just dropped my case without any further contact. Look elsewhere as they’re time wasters and they’ll essentially make you lose your case.
