At a very difficult and stressful time in my life, I was homeless while pregnant, and the council initially refused to house me. Kaz did not give up on my case. Parminder and Haya explained I only had a certain amount of time to proceed with my claim and I entrusted this solicitor firm. They wasted a lot of time doing nothing, responses and follow ups were minimal. Over a year later, of them doing nothing, they then told me I had ran out of time and provided no further explanation.
