After being harassed by our neighbour for 6 years a CPN was issued against me!!! Bucks Council blatantly believed what an estranged neighbour told them. I instructed Simeon Muir to Appeal the CPN. Simeon Muir acted professionally, and diligently taking the case to Magistrates Court where I not only won the Appeal. but Bucks Council had to pay all of my costs. My son got himself into a situation, he was prosecuted and a court date was set. I could not see any other outcome other than a conviction and a possible prison sentence. I appointed Simeon as his solicitor. After looking at his case, he advised me of a defence that I was not even aware existed. I followed his advice and the CPS dropped the case. I was stunned. Simeon is a first class solicitor. His knowledge and compassion are second to none. I found the cost very reasonable, the payment was taken upfront, and I was not asked for any more money, even though the process dragged on for longer than expected, through no fault of Simeon. I know that he spent a lot more time on the case then was expected. But sill did not ask for any more money. Simeon is very approachable and very easy to talk to. He is always happy to answer any questions at any time. I would 100% recommend him.
