Ella Vine is a Paralegal at Alun Jones Family Law, where she supports the firm’s solicitors in advising clients across a wide range of family law matters arising from relationship breakdown. Ella graduated from Cardiff University with a 2:1 degree in Law. During her studies she was Team Leader of the Innocence Project, leading a student team investigating potential miscarriages of justice and identifying possible appeal opportunities for individuals who may have been wrongfully convicted. This work required careful analysis of case materials and developed her ability to approach complex legal issues with diligence and attention to detail. While studying, Ella also volunteered with Support Through Court at Cardiff Family and Civil Court, assisting individuals who were navigating family law proceedings without legal representation. This experience provided valuable insight into the challenges faced by litigants in person and reinforced her commitment to helping clients understand and manage the legal process during difficult periods in their lives. Since graduating, Ella has worked as a paralegal in landlord and tenant law, gaining practical experience in legal procedures, client care and case management. This work provided a strong foundation in the day-to-day handling of legal matters and strengthened her ability to support clients with clarity, organisation and sensitivity. Ella’s interest in family law developed through her time volunteering at court, where she saw first-hand the importance of thoughtful legal support in helping individuals and families navigate significant life changes. She intends to qualify as a solicitor in due course by undertaking the SQE.

PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

I couldn't be happier with the help and professionalism from Alun Jones solicitors, my solicitor was Hannah Newberry. She made a very difficult divorce smooth and I can now move on. Thankyou for your help Hannah.

Fabulous!

With very little notice given to myself and the team at Alun jones for a case that was highly against the odds for the outcome wished for at the civil courts for a family issue. The team were very hands on and we won! Highly recommend.
