Extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of communication from Axis Solicitors’ Ilford branch. I’ve sent multiple emails over the past two weeks directly to Romana Kousar and have not received any response.
This goes beyond poor communication, I am still waiting for important documentation that I have already paid for. It is unacceptable that these basic client needs are being ignored. When legal outcomes are at stake, clients deserve timely updates and access to their case materials.

Family or Private Life UK Visa
I would like to thank Mohammed Abdul Olly,Romana Kousar and Krishnaprya Sivan,for helping me with my uk visas based on my family or private life here in the uk.Ive used axis solicitors for the past 7 years since Im on a 10 year route for settlement in the uk and they have been excellent and professional on their services I would highly recommend Axis solicitors and Salam Immigration Solicitors.

Don't recommend this firm
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Axis Solicitors’ Ilford branch. I’ve sent multiple emails over the past two weeks to my assigned lawyer, Mehak Tariq, and cc’d her supervisor….. Romana Kousar, but have not received any response. I even contacted their Manchester office, where an admin assured me they would escalate the issue and send an email on my behalf. That was yesterday, and still, I haven’t heard back.

Highly recommended solicitors from axis
I have been with axis for few years, my dad need to apply for asylum. All the teams are brilliant. They are really helpful and knowledgeable, have a lot of patience to answer your questions and prepare your upcoming case. Especially Romana she did a lot of efforts and helped my dad for his appeal case and that make really successful we got granted.
