    From commencement to end of this process Heather showed knowledge, courtesy and commitment. I received constant updates and advice and the result was a satisfactory conclusion. As a 'layman' who most likely will only deal with this (daunting!) process once or twice in a lifetime I heartily recommend Heather for her caring and understanding of my situation.
