I would like to draw to your attention the excellent work and care I received from many of your staff. Firstly, I would like to thank the ladies who wrote a new will for me in just a few days. Due to the seriousness of my situation they went out of their way to turn that task around quickly and efficiently. Their kindness and compassion shown was very much appreciated. In July 2024 I met Samantha Chase for the first time, the conversation started with the words 'Please help... '. From that time Samantha's team have managed my divorce throughout with very little intervention from me. This was very important as I often struggle in life due to my impaired vision, hearing and bipolar disorder. In person meetings were arranged on many occasions to ensure I fully understood the procedures going through at those times. The quote that brought me to a standstill came from Kieran was when I thanked him for his work, his response was 'This what we do do John... ' Those few words reminded me of the amazing people that were working for and representing me. I would like to thank Samantha for the her guidance and help throughout the divorce proceedings. The final order arrived and I'm now working on new engineering projects and designing a new home for myself. I'm rebuilding my life, re-kindling former hobbies and returning to my loves of music and books. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to everyone that has worked for me. In conclusion I would just like to say: Thank you for giving me my life back.
