Ann-Marie joined Warners as a trainee solicitor in 2009 subsequent to completing her Law degree at the University of Surrey and achieving a distinction in her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Bloomsbury. She qualified into the Residential Property Team in 2011 and after stints of working in London and taking a small career break to raise her daughter, she joined us again in our Sevenoaks Team in early 2022.

    Highly recommend for conveyancing

    Ann-Marie was very professional and supported us all the way through the conveyancing process of buying our first home. Considering we started out not even really knowing what this meant we were not sure what to expect, but Ann-Marie made the process easy to understand and run as smoothly as possible even when we had some complications from the seller. She answered all our questions promptly and effectively, and was very empathetic when things got tricky. We felt that Ann-Marie was always upfront with us about any issues that did or could arise, and was really on our side to make sure we weren't being pushed around or taken advantage of. We would return to Ann-Marie and Coodes in general if we are in need of legal advice in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
