5 years on from a life changing car accident (non fault) DLG have spent all my legal fees and have only just told me after I asked for proof of charges. I now have no choice but to accept the lowest offer given as no money to take it to court. Sunita Ghai who I had for 3 years was awful never replied to calls or emails then left. I’ve had 4 solicitors in 5 years, I have not had the justice I deserve, the other driver ruined my life but DLG has made it far worse. I’ve been left disabled unable to work, I suffer from severe depression and PTSD as a result of the accident as well but DLG have made my life far worse. Lost paperwork, non contact, wrong advice and I advise everyone to STEER CLEAR of them. My insurance company at the time of the accident was Churchill and they are part of the same group so I had no choice but to use DLG, DO NOT USE RUN A MILE!!!

Need constantly chasing. Give bland or jargon responses which just create further questions and chasing. Been working on a car claim for 18 months and little progress.

DLG Avoid do not use this company for over a year now ,I’ve been trying to do my claim for my car crash and loss of earnings with the other party claiming full responsibility for the accident I was passed to 3 to 4 different people and every time the paperwork disappeared on my last attempt I was asked to hand the paperwork to them again which I did and they lost it. And I have not received a penny of my claim and made it feel like I was a criminal. With this, I have all the evidence to back up my claim. I have not received a penny

My insurance company through this solicitor firm. I have got a claim going on and they provided me with a witness statement I have been trying to tell them that there is a lot of errors in the witness statement I have tried to call seven times and left them for emails and I've not had a single response to any of them every call does not get answered every email does not get response

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE TO DEAL WITH... A BIG SHAMBLES OF A PLACE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE GUYS WILL HAVE U CHASING THEM AROUND AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PPLS CLAIMS ETC.. GOT DIRECTED TO INDIA AND AFRICA ON PHONE CALLS THEY DONT NO A WORD OF ENGLISH AND CLOSED MY CASE TOO ..... CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS A BACK ALLEY OFFICE...DODGY AS . CANT STRESS ENOUGHT TO AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!!!
