Absolutely disgusting service\. I would not recommend this company to anyone\. My claim has been ongoing for over 14 months, and the delays have been completely unacceptable\. I have even advised Tesco, who I am insured with, not to use this company in the future\. When I finally saw the consultant, I was told that too much time had passed for my injuries to be properly assessed, which completely defeats the purpose of the claim process\. I am extremely disappointed\. The entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I feel badly let down from start to finish\. **Do not use this company\.** I only gave one star as you need to give a star to proceed with review. AVOID AT ALL COST

Its not letting me put 0 stars this is got to be the worst company I'll ever dealt with, I've spoke to so many people in this new law 2 bob company and not one person knows what's going on , so rude and clueless in their job , been waiting for a callback from a manager called Craig and its be three weeks and still no callback, shocking company .

Absolutely useless! My RTA personal injury (minor whiplash) and small loss of income claim was passed to them via my insurer (LV) and it has taken 2 years to get nowhere. They’ve acknowledged delays in the past caused by delays in progressing the claim and I’m consistently hastening and complaining to them. Now they continually ask for my tax returns to calculate the loss of income despite my having sent the information to them several months ago! This month it transpired they hadn’t acted on information I provided some 3 months ago and despite me resending everything I have in that respect they keep requesting more information that doesn’t exist. I feel they’re only interested in recovering the insurer’s losses and are trying to make me give up. I’ve complained to the Legal Ombudsman and will await the outcome, which will probably be in 10 months! If I’m in a similar situation in future I’ll use a local solicitor. I’ve just noticed that this outfit is rated on Trustpilot as the worst legal services company for personal injury claims and the one from worst company for legal services! Just to add they have seemingly incorrectly completed and submitted the claim form, only 2 years late, and are back asking me to send the same information that I’ve sent to them several times before or cease my claim. As a result I strongly believe they can’t be bothered with what is a small value claim, so I have today issued small claims court action against them for the full claim value on the basis of professional negligence. NewLaw Solicitors are an absolute pain to deal with and, in my experience and unless it’s a high value claim where they see their commission as being worth the effort, they are simply not interested in the Clients and try to wear them down through continuing inactivity and requests for the same information. AVOID!

Shocking business that lack basic customer service skills. Any other business that acts this badly would be out of business. Have taken my no-blame car crash injury case passes my insurance company. now one year later, and still no real progress. unless I call them and chase them, have failed to call back and failed to respond to my customer complaint. Can only assume they drag out the claim to ensure they can make a profit on my claim. I spoke to my insurance company who told me they have now dropped them and do not use them due to poor customer service.

Still waiting for the outcome - been almost 2 years
