Sophie was attentive, highly knowledgeable, and kind. She kept me fully informed at every stage, and even dropped me a message if ever there was 'radio silence' just to ensure I didn't get worried by the amount of time things were taking. She explained from the very beginning how long claims can take, and we were able to settle in a reasonable time, at a level we were happy with. RWK Goodman recently managed the sale of a flat for us which had the added complexities of shared ownership and some of the contact being overseas. Holly and Argita took it all in their stride, and were highly professional, efficient, and yet approachable and supportive. They kept us informed at every stage, and always answered communications promptly: we didn't have to chase any points even once over the 7 months of the process. There were delays caused by a third party and they dealt with this calmly, taking away the stress and always remaining positive and reassuring. The final conveyancing was handled by Marie and Izzy who were also very efficient and personable to communicate with. For the exemplary level of professionalism, dedication and expertise provided by Holly and Argita, we felt the fees were reasonable and I would highly recommend using RWK Goodman as they are easily contactable and proactive (in contrast to our buyer's online solicitors).
