My experience was marvelous. Good human relation and you do not need to book an appointment you just go there with your problem. You will be welcome with a smile and you will also leave the office with a smile. All your legal issues will be solved by expience solicitors.
Highly recommended to achieve positive results for complicated visa issues. Knowledgable to provide effective and realistic advise. Very friendly and happy to discuss and explain the information. Consider client with the aim to provide best service and not to make unnecessary money, this is quite important as most of the lawyer deal clients with the primary aim to make money. Reasonable cost with no hidden charges. Accessible as per client availability. Follow up with the client after the outcome of the application. This is the second time I’ve used A1 Solicitors, first for immigration matters and now for family matters, and both experiences have been excellent. Mrs Faizza and her team go above and beyond. Her communication is outstanding, often updating me outside office hours, and she genuinely cares about her clients rather than treating them like case numbers. My divorce was completed quickly and smoothly with no unnecessary stress. Their fees are fair and competitive, with no hidden costs or pressure. I went to a1 solicitors yesterday to sort out my signature declaration. I really do not recommended ! If you’re told an appointment time, the appointment should be at that time or at-least 5-10 minutes later. The solicitor didn’t even come out of her meeting she was in to quickly just tell us what information we needed. Which I found extremely unprofessional! We were waiting there for 30 minutes & all the information they needed I had. The poor receptionist, who was a nice lady had to keep going to ask her what we needed to know. It clearly stated in black & white all the information that was needed. We were asked to wait about 20 minutes for the solicitor to finish and then speak to her. However, we could not wait. We also would have been told the same thing about not enough information. I even said that this is extremely unprofessional! When I called about this situation, I was told it was going to be dealt with. It was a complete waste of time & travel! Absolutely do not recommend! We were told we’d get an email to discuss what additional information they may need. Which in my eyes they didn’t! & we didn’t even get one.
