Let me down, a nightmare to contact. Avoid at all costs

I was represented through Legal Aid by a lovely solicitor, she helped me greatly and I found her to be approachable and friendly. Unfortunately she went off sick right in the middle of my case and did not inform me, the courts or the other side's solicitors. I tried without any success to contact her, and when she finally did reply I was told she could no longer represent me. Whilst this was not her fault for being sick, she could have at least informed me so that I could make other arrangements. This delay caused my case to be dismissed and I lost all chance of ever proceeding with an appeal.
This was not the end of the matter. It was impossible to contact her or her company after this in order to get my Legal Aid certificate transferred. Even my new solicitors could not reach anyone at the company, they simply ignored all requests. After nearly 2 months of trying I am still no closer to getting the certificate, I have a court case in a month and they do not seem to care that I cannot move forward with my new solicitor until I get it.
I would not recommend to anyone on Legal Aid especially to go with this company, an absolute nightmare. Steer clear, go with Duncan Lewis.

The worst solicitors! STAY FAR AWAY!!

THE WORSE SOLICITORS IN LUTON and I absolutely regret ever coming here. They are unethical and unprofessionally and they NEVER reply to calls and emails. My case (which should have been completed in months) has taken years and they have completely ignored me for months. Even though i have made a written complaint Davinder does not take your concerns seriously and Is yet to respond. They will happily take your money but do no work! I am absolutely applaud with the treatment I have received.
Stay far away!

Poor service

Late filings, poor communication, lawyers did not advocate for client nor read statements- neither did they know when to apply or submit correct forms to court which made judges very upset. They really messed up my Child arrangement order and indeed my Life. And they never take accountability for their shortcomings. Please save your money nd mental health

Waste of time communicating with this company!!

Waste of time contacting this company. They informed me hey would contact me back in time for my court appeal and help me win my case. They never did. Making me loose my appeal. Do not tell customers you can support them and then not! I advise anyone Don't bother with this firm. They do not care for customers whome have been victims of domestic abuse.

Should be avoided at all cost

I had the "privilage" to be "supported" in my legal proceedings by this firm.

It's hard to know where to start.
Although they took my detailed history over the phone, they still included inaccurate information in the court paperwork, which I did not have a chance to correct because I was rushed and I was not even told who to contact about the issues.
They provided me with Unsafe advice, pressurised me at last minute to 'meet in the middle' with the other party regarding contact. I was given a completely new solicitor to represent me a day before my case, he barely spoke English and I could not understand anything, never mind the other party and the judge.
They Lack of professional competencies, did not know absolute basics about what documents should go into the court bundle, when, to send these to the other party, all at the very last minute, leaving me without sleep for days. Eventually I produced most of my written work as could not rely on incompetent legal representation. They hold Inappropriate attitude, blaming me for having to work after office hours (despite them not having completed the work required for the court hearing)..
Very Poor communication, not returning calls, not replying to emails.
Once I had no choice but to seek alternative representation, despite them being obliged to continue working on my behalf until legal aid certificate transfer had been completed with the new firm they avoided absolutely all communication whether via email or phone calls. This is only a short summary of my concerns. I wanted to raise this with legal ombudsman but have to preserve my energy for the ongoing court proceedings.
Also this review will hopefully warn any potential clients to AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COST.
I am referring to a Birmingham branch.

AVOID THESE SOLICITORS

Morgan and wiseman well where do I start from They have shown unprofessional behaviour towards me in regards to a family case. I was ignored constantly when calling either my solicitor Sana Ahmad was not at her desk or she was in a meeting . I changed from one solicitor to another Amrit,Tariq, Sana . Tariq had basically said he had no time for me so he passed me on to Sana . My emails were ignored lack of communication. The first solicitor they instructed me broke the data protection she had discussed confidential information without my consent . To follow on they failed to send me important information in regards to my case. I sent over a large amount of evidence yet not of that was presented in court to support my case I was advised wrongly the directors of the-company shaid and tariq are awful they don’t deal with your concerns seriously you just get ignored. The firm in general is a joke plz plz I urge you to not instruct them unless you want to loose your case then instruct them but me dealing with these solicitors was my worst nightmare they show no empathy or consideration or delicacy towards you to them your just a pay check.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT use this firm, they are unexperienced, have no empathy and if you make them aware of your concerns, they will bail on you. I have been abandoned during a crucial time in my court case, just because I had to make them aware of there errors. Apparently you pay for a service but they don't actually do anything. They are greedy, lazy and place inexperienced trainees on big court cases. Please reconsider this firm, you will regret it.
