I recently engaged Alexa McQueen-Turner at Blandy and Blandy's Henley branch to handle the conveyancing of my mum's flat, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From the very first conversation, they showed genuine empathy for my circumstances while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Alexa's PA met with me personally to ensure all the correct paperwork was brought into the office at the start of the process. The process was handled with exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and efficiency every step of the way. There were multiple times the buyer of the flat through curve balls to navigate threw and Alexa handled them all with ease. Then mid-way through the sale my mum died and so Alexa then had to start again effectively with all 3 Executors instead of just me as Power of Attorney, I always felt reassured that matters were progressing smoothly. Alexa was very proactive, and would call if she felt it would be better to speak about a situation that needed a quick answer. Throughout this very emotional and stressful time Alexa handled everything with expertise, compassion, and dedication. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexa and Blandy and Blandy (in fact I have already recommended them to a friend who is in the process of selling her flat locally).

The sale of my aunt's house following probate was a much easier experience than I anticipated with the help of Blandy and Blandy's conveyancing team, Wokingham. They were always responsive to enquiries, emails and telephone calls. We had some difficulties with the buyer's solicitors, but Blandy and Blandy were unfailingly courteous, persistent and proactive in guiding the sale through. Thoroughly recommended.

My mother is 89 years old ., wirh Alzheimers and poor sight due to cataracts. This is the second will she had to do due to.her previous solicitor from Blandy retired without completing the task he was paid and left without mum signing her will despite numerous calls to him with no response Now to date her present solicitor has visited and my mother has had to go through the lengthy process again. This was months ago bearing in mind my mother's age and frailty. Her solicitor now reports that she needs to speak to my mother to clarify her instructions etc Despite numerous emails regarding this matter , she has not made any attempt to contact my mother via the mobile number she has!!! She keeps saying she needs to speak to my mother but as yet she has made no attempt to my knowledge to make contact with my mother. I am tired , stressed and frustrated as my mother's LPA , I just want this done . I am the sole carer for my mother and I don't need any extra stress. Very poor service , I would not recommend them based on my present experience This is expe
