We wanted to commend Blandy and Blandy Solicitors and particularly Louise Low and team for the excellent advice and guidance that led to a great outcome for us during a recent contested probate with a relative. We hadn't been through this process before, so were entirely reliant on the professional guidance and advice from Louise and the team during our contested probate matter. The process was very well managed by Louise and Blandy and Blandy and we felt that our 'team' conducted themselves in a way that was consistent with our values, ultimatley leading to an excellent outcome for us, without compromising our ethics and values. The things we cared about were reflected in the approach of Louise, when things could have been very different. We ended up with an excelent result whilst maintaing our dignity. The whole process was as stress-free as we believe it could have been, we recieved timely, professional advice, and billing was transparent, well communicated and fair. I should also mention that right at the beginning of the process, we were met at Blandy and Blandy offices by one of the partners, which made us feel welcome and valued. A huge thank you to Louise Low and the team at Blandy and Blandy. We will definitely use Blandys for any future legal matter and would highly recommend their services to others.

I recently engaged Alexa McQueen-Turner at Blandy and Blandy's Henley branch to handle the conveyancing of my mum's flat, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From the very first conversation, they showed genuine empathy for my circumstances while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Alexa's PA met with me personally to ensure all the correct paperwork was brought into the office at the start of the process. The process was handled with exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and efficiency every step of the way. There were multiple times the buyer of the flat through curve balls to navigate threw and Alexa handled them all with ease. Then mid-way through the sale my mum died and so Alexa then had to start again effectively with all 3 Executors instead of just me as Power of Attorney, I always felt reassured that matters were progressing smoothly. Alexa was very proactive, and would call if she felt it would be better to speak about a situation that needed a quick answer. Throughout this very emotional and stressful time Alexa handled everything with expertise, compassion, and dedication. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexa and Blandy and Blandy (in fact I have already recommended them to a friend who is in the process of selling her flat locally).

The sale of my aunt's house following probate was a much easier experience than I anticipated with the help of Blandy and Blandy's conveyancing team, Wokingham. They were always responsive to enquiries, emails and telephone calls. We had some difficulties with the buyer's solicitors, but Blandy and Blandy were unfailingly courteous, persistent and proactive in guiding the sale through. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect. Excellent service, via video and in person. Timing impeccable . Instructions and advice given. Made things simply and uncomplicated!
