Emily and the team at Couchman were very efficient at a difficult personal time negotiating my severance contract. Excellent company to deal with, gave very clear and case appropriate advice
From the outset, the communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, with every query answered quickly and easy to understand. Being new to this process was not a problem as everything was explained with patience and clarity at each stage. I cannot praise this company high enough. We've used Couchman Hanson for both conveyancing and litigation and both times they were fantastic. For Conveyancing, Nadine is an absolute star and a professional who goes that extra mile and always with a smile. I like the fact that Nadine will call us and explain things or update us rather than just send an email. She is our 'go to' person for conveyancing and I am just sorry it took 2 aborted purchases to then finally get one over the line - thank you Nadine so much for your patience and perseverance :-)
