A long process mainly due to buyer, however the process was made easier by our own solicitor Samantha Jewell keeping us well informed and constantly chasing the other side. Had it not been for her professional approach I think we would have given up a long time ago.

Buying and selling of properties in the uk is extremely stressful and mine was not straight forward. 1st finding a public footpath running through my property and then after sorting the issue with my buyer satisfactorily, the chain broke further up the chain on day of exchange. A nightmare 9 months,.. BUT Elaine at Copley's was fully supportive through it all. Advice, help and being there for me when needed with her supportive hadn on attitude, was exactly what I need to continue with, what is, a nightmare process in the UK for buying and selling. If Elaine was not there then cover was available. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. I highly recommend Copleys, and a big shout out for Elaine.
