Nadia did my conveyancing on the purchase of my apartment recently. I can honestly say that she “looked after me” with patience and professionalism. I’m confident that she is a very busy lady but she was always available to take my telephone call. She’s a credit to her company and I would definitely use her again (although I don’t intend moving again).

I needed help dealing with a commercial lease that Chris helped with and made me understand the wording of it and we all know contracts can be wordy and have words in there that we don't always understand. Used for acquisition of multiple properties have consistently been brilliant. Responsive, timely basically everything that is really difficult to find in a conveyancer (and I have tried a lot).
I can honestly say that Nadia Leandro at Chris Rudd has been the most efficient conveyancing solicitor we have ever used. We’ve been kept fully up to date during the process, she has been very efficient and answered emails within 24 hours and the whole process has been totally stress free. I would highly recommend her. And we have done at least 8 house moves!

Nikki was lovely to deal with so helpful and friendly I needed probate for my parents house when my dad passed away and I was worried as I had a buyer the probate went through in around 6 wreeks

Would give zero stars I sent them the report about a incident that’s states the police committed a offense and entered the property illegally but can’t take the case on a no win no fee basis seems to me they just want ya money

Unfortunately, based on the information that was provided to us, we are unable to take the case on a No Win No Fee basis, and we do not take claims against the police on anything other than a No Win No Fee basis.
