The level of communication is appalling. I am regretting using them and I am looking into removing them from my claim and going with a company that actually responds to concerns in a timely manner - not like these cowboys taking over a month to answer a very simple question. Not only that, the medical expert has sent them my report 3 times and they are saying they've not received it - despite the medical providers evidencing it was sent.

Awful service. failed to send paper work I was sent an appt from consultant out of the blue no paper work by you not supplied me anything I needed to take the consultant was not at first and very reluctant to see me only that I had got soaked that he felt very sorry for me. You had not told me that I needed to take I'd Text received today saying that you emailed me my medical report. Not received in my inbox this has caused me stress which I can do without You sent text out of blue and advises has link I have told you repeatedly that I had an old phone could not open or read links. And totally incompletely sent a text. When you told me you would send by post only Service received has been deplorable formal complaint. Peter hill
